Markomen purveyor of Psychederelict Dub music became known for producing heavy Dubstep music in October 2006 with the first of two releases for Virus-B 23 called Psychederelict Dubz Vol.1 which featured such tracks as “Strawhead Riddim” and “Babylon Blues”. Strawhead Riddim was even included in TAYO’s Radio 1 Essential Mix Feb 07.
Markomen continues with a relentless output of quality Dubstep music and has received plays from Bunzero (Sub FM, Belgium) and Joe Nice (Gourmet Beats, Dub War NY, USA).
Numberz Dub
Combining a Dubstep beat and twisted low frequency bass riddim with a definite electro techno reggae vibes makes this tune a dubbed out special. Head nodding is just the start of the energy that’s put into this tune when the 2nd and 3rd drop come in.
Is Weak
Markomen has been a Dub Reggae fan for sometime now and has specially built this Dubstep riddim for Azlan Entertainment. Following in the tradition of Dub laid down by the pioneers with a nod to the UK Steppers originators Markomen has produced a riddim which is most definitely strong.

Dem 2 Ruff Jungle Sessions

Azlan Entertainment release a collection of singles from DEM 2 RUFF. These are now available via Digital-Tunes.net.The first tunes are the Dem 2 Ruff 1994-96 Jungle riddims including the classic dubs Nice One and Ray Nice. Dem 2 Ruff gained recognition in 1994 for their instant boom "Nice Tune" which went on to sell over 20,000 copies, they continued to record and release music throughout 1994-96. Azlan Entertainment have put together a collection of the best from these times. |
